The quickest way to reach us is by email at [email protected]. We usually reply within two working days, and faster in December.
Please don't send us your draw results or reveal links. We don't store your party, so we can't look it up, resend a link or tell anyone who they drew. If a link has gone missing, the organizer will need to run the draw again.
What we can help with
- Problems with the draw: tell us which browser and device you used and what happened.
- Feedback and feature ideas: we'd love to know what would make your exchange easier.
- Privacy questions: see our privacy policy, or write to us with any questions.
- Press and partnerships: put “Press” or “Partnership” in your subject line.
Common quick fixes
“My link looks incomplete”
The link was probably cut off when copied. Ask the organizer to resend it using the Copy link button.
“The Email button does nothing”
It opens your device's default email app. If none is set up, use Copy link and paste it into any message instead.
“It says no valid draw is possible”
You've added too many exclusions for the group size. Remove one or two, or add more participants.
“I closed the window by mistake”
Results aren't stored, so just run the draw again and send the new links.
